Words of wisdom from Brother Frederick Wells:
It is important to recognize that the individual who receives the most attention is not necessarily the one responsible for all the efforts. One does not need to be in the forefront to make a significant impact. Historically, numerous victories have been achieved from behind the scenes. It is imperative that we learn to value our historical lessons.
While George Washington is often credited for his leadership, it was Alexander Hamilton who played a pivotal role behind the scenes. Every successful organization has an individual similar to Hamilton, someone who prioritizes success of the brotherhood over self-glorification. Furthermore, it is beneficial for our organization to have a Hamilton-like figure who is passionate about achieving our goals. Ultimately, it is crucial to appreciate the variety of skills that individuals bring, as all organizations rely on a well-defined structure.
